4510 square feet, two doctors, room for future associate. Two floors, Curving reception desk in front and behind a larger business office area with two additional work stations and track filing system. Pan x-ray film processing digital station, central sterilization area, lab area and a bulk sundry storage mechanical room. Additional large interior stairwell to the upper floor. Patient waiting lounge area and separate kids area are all on the main level. Combination t-bar ceiling and open ceiling concept throughout. The upper floor has three private office work stations for the doctors and an additional open concept to the stairwell consultation area, a large staff lounge and bulk storage area complete with separate stairwell and private entrance to the upper floor level. The doctors lounge / consultation area looks down into the reception / waiting area below divided by a 30 foot wide glass railing. Project renovation completed start to finish in eight weeks. |
