Dr. Skuba: Existing office expansion / renovation in Edmonton, Alberta.
3200 square feet, three doctors, original existing office area was 2200 square feet and added an additional 1100. A total of eight operatories throughout. All Cox style operatory cabinetry, set up for rear delivery and computer networked throughout chairside and to the 12:00 o'clock positions. Multi work station reception desk and large supporting business office and consultation area, track filing system, additional consultation office, huge staff lounge to accommodate twenty-two staff members, two washrooms, for patients and staff. Stacked washer/dryer laundry area. Private offices for the doctors, pan x-ray film processing and digital station, large central sterilization area, lab area and a bulk sundry storage mechanical room. Separate private entrance. Patient waiting lounge area for fifteen adults. Maple finishes with Sienna's, Autumn Gold and /Taupe color scheme. Project from start to finish was completed in eight weeks. Dr. Skuba did not have a single day of down time throughout this entire process. |
